WHO AM I:
I am a Transformational coach, trainer & speaker supporting and empowering individuals, teams and companies through their journey towards serenity, resilience, alignment and impact. After 10 years in the corporate world operating in stressful environments (mass market, sales, international business, etc), two burnouts, one PTSDand 5 years of chaos and successive traumatic experienceswhen I was younger, I have experienced a pretty wide scope of the limits and challenges that my mind and body could offer. Limits and challenges that I have had to acknowledge, accept, face, observe, understand, learn from, grow form, and finally heal… until they turned into my greatest strengths, resources and blessings.

Ever since, and particularly over the last two years, when I launched my coaching activity, I have dedicated my life to sharing all the blessings and learnings that I gained from these experienceswith as many people as I could, and to empower and supportthem through their personal and spiritual journeyaround the following pillars: healing, rebirth, alignment, growth, contribution.

After doing this successfully in France with an audience of French speakers I now feel ready and called to taking a leap and starting to work with an audience of English speakers so that I can make one more step towards a lifestyle that makes my entire being resonate: nomadism, adventure and exploration.

WHO AM I:

HOW DO I HELP (APPROACH, METHODOLOGY)

The approach I offer is at the crossroads between NLP, personal development, mindfulness, quantum physics and spirituality. 

I usually like to work on three different levels: what I call the micro-environnement (the inner world), the macro-environment (our outer world) and the meta-environnement (the bridge between the micro and the macro). 

First we heal the micro (exploring, identifying, deprogramming, reprogramming positively the dysfunctional mechanisms and their root causes), then we heal the meta (behavioral patterns, relationship patterns, communication patterns, lifestyle choices, etc), and then we heal the macro (planning, action, monitoring, adjusting, results) … and everything falls into place.
