The approach I offer is at the crossroads between NLP, personal development, mindfulness, quantum physics and spirituality(including the work in meditative states and/or altered states of consciousness)

I usually like to work on three different levels: what I call the micro-environnement(the inner world), the macro-environment(our outer world) and on the meta-environnement(the bridge between the micro and the macro).
